Refer a purchaser and receive $10,000!

For the first 45 lots only, a unique referral incentive program is offered to purchasers who introduce others to the project. Purchasers may be eligible to receive $10,000 for every purchaser they introduce to a property purchase.

The Details

  1. The marketing referral program is $10,000 and is payable by way of cheque after settlement provided the below criteria has been met;
    1. The person referring/introducing the second purchaser must inform their introducee as to the referral rebate and the sum they may be entitled to. (The second purchaser will need to nominate the referrer within the contract for the allowance to be paid). 
    2. Both purchasers (the initial and the referred/introduced) must pay the deposit within the required time.
    3. Both purchasers must fulfil their contract requirements and settle on the properties.
  2. The allowance is redeemable for each purchaser introduced to the project, capped at the value of the original purchase.
  3. If a purchaser chooses to buy a second allotment within Spyglass Hill they may refer themselves for the second purchase.
  4. The marketing referral incentive allowance applies ONLY to purchasers of traditional home sites. Purchasers of multi dwelling home sites are NOT eligible for the allowance.
  5. Purchasers of multi dwelling allotments are entitled to a differing incentive program i.e. builders' terms.
